Terms of sale
1. Purpose
These terms govern the consulting, management and operations services sold by BITX Services SARL (tax ID 1981553V/A/M/000) on bitxservices.com.
2. Services
What each package includes is described on the Pricing page. Services are delivered remotely or on site, as agreed between the parties.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in Tunisian dinars (TND), excluding tax. No extra fee applies, whichever payment method you use.
4. Payment methods
Payment is made online by Visa, Mastercard or e-Dinar card through Flouci’s secure gateway. There is no minimum amount. Your order is confirmed as soon as payment is received, and an invoice is sent by email.
5. Term
Each package covers one month from the kick-off meeting and renews with a new payment.
6. Records
BITX Services keeps a record of every order, its invoice and the work delivered for at least one year.
7. Confidentiality
BITX Services keeps everything the client shares during the engagement strictly confidential.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Failing an amicable settlement, the courts of the registered office have jurisdiction.
Cancellation and refunds
Before the engagement starts
You can cancel by email before the kick-off meeting and get a full refund to the card you paid with.
After the engagement starts
Once the kick-off meeting has taken place, the current month is due. No renewal is ever charged without a new payment from you.
Timing
Refunds are processed within 10 business days. How quickly they show on your statement then depends on your bank.

Your name, company, billing address and email address, entered in the contact and order forms.
How we use it
Only to answer your requests, deliver the service and issue invoices. We never sell or share it.
Payment
Card data is handled exclusively by Flouci (Société Kaoun). BITX Services never has access to it.
Your rights
Under Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004, you can access, correct or object to the use of your data. Just email contact@bitxservices.com.
